Unable to delete a file uploaded in error

I do not have a trash icon or even the option to delete a file I uploaded in error. The document has sensitive information I need to immediately delete this file. I have reviewed all of the tools and instructions however delete it not an option that pops up. Please help ASAP.

    I'm having this same issue as well. I can't remove a file or multiple files and I need to remove it.

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    It seems that you don't have your own folder and can you reach out to the folder owner and make sure you have access to delete files?
