I created an account via linking it with my google account and in order to view some files shared with my by a partner I need to have a "strong password" to access the folder shared with me. When I went to the account settings and clicked the option to create password under the authentication section, I typed a password that was rated "good" quality. When I clicked "save" I got an error message saying "there was a problem changing your password". Is there any way to fix this? I'd appreciate any help that IT staff can give me in creating a password even if its a weak one that I'd reset to something stronger.
