• Is this the error when you're creating your own folder?


• Are you creating a sub-folder beneath a shared folder?


• If it's a shared folder you're working on, make sure you have permission to create new folder(s).

Hi! I have the same problem.

I get the same message when I trying to create a new folder. I'm Trying to do it in a shared folder (I'm not the owner), but I have permission to make folders.
