unable to create a folder in box

Hi, I would like to create a fold in box but the "New" is greyed out. I am unable to create a new folder. Whom should I contact for the new folder creation? Thanks.

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

    It appears that only your primary Admin and Co-Admins can create new folders. At this rate, please reach out to your primary Admin to modify this restriction for managed users.
