Box is installed on a VMware instance.  There is network connectivity and the Box service is up an running.  What could be the reason that you cannot connect to BOX installed in a VMware environment.


Steps to troubleshoot:


1 - Network connection is working


2 - BOX service is running


3 - Uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times


4 - Restarted Windows

Yes. Thanks.  For the next time I will know to reach out to this team.  I resolved the issue and found out that it was a corrupt Windows user profile.  When I created a new Windows use profile, it resolved the issue.
