I used to instal BOX in my laptop and access to BOX files with my previous employer. Later I changed a job and the current employer also uses BOX as well. I just logged out my previous BOX account and tried to log in my current BOX account. Unfortunately, once I log out, I am not able to log in a BOX again. It always shows"Unable to connect to BOX". I have followed the steps referred by the link in BOX Support. However, it does not work for me. I had uninstalled and re-installed again, but still show "Unable to connect to BOX".
Coud you please assist me in fixing this problem. I need to get it fixed urgently.
