Unable to Connect to Box

Hi 

I used to instal BOX in my laptop and access to BOX files with my previous employer. Later I changed a job and the current employer also uses BOX as well. I just logged out my previous BOX account and tried to log in my current BOX account. Unfortunately, once I log out, I am not able to log in a BOX again. It always shows"Unable to connect to BOX". I have followed the steps referred by the link in BOX Support. However, it does not work for me. I had uninstalled and re-installed again, but still show "Unable to connect to BOX".

Coud you please assist me in fixing this problem. I need to get it fixed urgently.

I see you respond using the article multiple times. But you should see that only 3 out of 51 found it useful.

Let me put it simple:

It. Does. Not. Work.

You should be fixing the problem in your product instead of throwing out some random, useless "solution".

The info in the article refers to Internet Explorer, which is obsolete, completely and utterly. Please explain how to connect WITHOUT Internet Explorer. Sync stopped working, also in a reloaded version.
