Hi!


I created my Box account using Gmail SSO.


I now need to set a password for my account in order to view a shared document (The owner requires all collaborators to have passwords that meet the minimum requirements). However, when I try to set a password through my Account settings, I receive the following message "There was a problem changing your password"


What should I do?

I am having the same problem and I do not know how to contact support. Why is there no option to contact support or create a ticket?
