Unable to add user to Users

I am unable to add a user is says cannot add try again

Welcome to Box Community, and we’re going to provide the help item you need in adding new users! 

 

Remember that if you get the message prompt, “Invitation available for freemium account holders.”

This is only a message alerting you that you’re set to add an email address with existing individual Box account. 

 

To proceed, please re-do the invite process, and once you hit “Save” you’ll be prompted with the same message and it’s important to disregard that message. Click Save again and that will start the invitation process. 

 

The user will receive a notification of your invite and she/he can either accept or reject.
