Hi! I am unable to add users (both internal and external). I am the owner of the folder and have removed 3 members (thinking it might be a capacity issue) to see that I am still unable to add other users. 


I tried inviting the new users from a different browser but the error persisted. Please see attached the error message I receive after I try inviting an user.
