Unable to Add New User Email Address

Hi,  I tried to add a new user, but got the message that her email address was already used for a personal Box account.  She deleted her account about two hours ago, but I still get the same message when I go to add her email address.  How long does it take to clear that address so that I can create a new account (in our Box account) using it?
