I am trying to link a personal email address to my Box account.
First, I tried to add an email address that is not registered with any Box account. However, the verification email I received was broken and the HTML was not displayed properly, so I could not click the verification button or complete the verification process.
I then removed that email address and tried to add a different one, but I received an error while adding it to my Box account.
I have already tried the following:
- using an email address that is not registered with any Box account
- clearing browser cache
- using incognito/private mode
- trying a different email address
The issue still persists.
Could you please check whether there is any delay before a removed email address is fully released, or whether my account is in an inconsistent state?
Please also let me know how I can successfully complete the email linking process.
