I cannot make a folder on my account despite being a co-owner and editor, I have always been able to do this but it seems last week - my access has been affected. I can't see how I can solve this, can anyone help?

Do you encounter a specific error whenever you try to create a new folder?


Is this happening in the "All Files" page or to a specific folder you joined? Can you share a screenshot so we can take a closer look?
