Hello,
I am trying to give access to some of our external files to a grant holder, however they are unable to access BOX. She can receive the shared links, however when she opens the links they only lead to a blank page that looks 80% loaded.
I have tried getting her access other ways, however she is unable to get past the 80%. She was able to log in using a colleagues log in, but that has since started doing the same issue.
I have looked everywhere for a phone number or a support email to be able to address this and cant find one anywhere.
