Unable to access Windows box drive in Google Chrome

Are you logging in to your local Box for desktop application with this ‘keep in this screen’ display? If you do, could you answer the following?

• What is the Windows version that’s currently running in your machine?
• What is the version of your Box application?
• Has it ever worked before?
• Did you try restarting your machine? If so, how did it go?
