I have issue that I can't access  to the collaborated folder sent by my client.


The e-mail address is the same with the address of log - in account.


Please tell how to solve this problem.

Did you receive the notification invite through your inbox? You said it was sent correctly to your Box account. Are you receiving an error while accessing the folder?
