I am unable to access from my location (UK) https://app.box.com unless I am using a VPN based in the US. I tried most web browsers to access the site but the page does not load, all I see is a blank page. Why is my IP rejected?

I would like you to please check the following:
- configure your firewall or proxy to allow Box access, please follow the steps in this article: Configuring a Firewall for Box Applications
- clear your browsing history
- try another browser
