Someone from another organization shared a box link with me. I was previously able to access it without issue. Now, however, I cannot and receive a message that I do not have permission. The person sharing the box with me says I'm listed as someone with permission to see/edit the folder. Any idea how to actually access this?

I have had admin access on an account for a few months now and now I am unable to access the folders I previously had access to but my support was not revoked. Additionally, I was sent a link to a separate account and it looks like access was denied but the person who shared the link said they provided me access twice. I believe there is an issue with my account, may I please have support contact me? Thank you!
