Unable to access/login with FPPS12.com domain

Hi Team,

my domain is fpps12.com and unable to login since it was configured with SSO authentication. Now I'm trying to login with SSO, it gives the following error.

As my entire domain is federated, I cant even access my admin account to disable the SSO. Please try to fix this issue at the earliest.
