Unable to access link. Oops files cannot be found,

The owner folder of have shared two link with me and I am getting the same error message: Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for. I have received the same error despite several attempts. My email address is correct and the sender has verified it. The sender also sent a picture of the files shared but as the recipient I am unable to access them. NEED HELP ASAP!
