Hi, I recently logged out of Box Drive on my PC via ctrl+alt+shift+B and when I next booted my PC I received an error message that started with “Box hit an unexpected issue error”. I am unable to open or see Box Drive on my PC now.
I have tried deleting the C:\Users\[usernale]\AppData\Local\Box\Box folder as instructed in another post but even though I have admin permission I am unable to delete it, it just cancels the deleting process and says that I need permission.
I am no loger receiving the error message on startup after trying to delete the folder, but I cannot access Box Drive, uninstall it, or reinstall it.
Any help would be appreciated!
