Unable to access Box support

I go to Account and Billing, support, the only option that I can do is create a post in a public forum. I have no option to create a ticket and work with a support agent. My firm is a paying customer, and we cannot get any support at all. I currently have 3 critical issues that need to be addressed.

    Kindly go to this website support.box.com to submit a case and make sure to sign in the email address associated to the business or enterprise to see the available support channels.

    I have the similar issue and there is no option to create support ticket in the website support.box.com. Please see attached. Thanks.
