unable to access box folder

Question

Hi, 
I am unable to access folder for the training materials as trainer send me link but can't open it [information redacted]  Error screenshot is attached. 
Trainer (information redacted) comments " you need to ask permission for it from the global team. I am not sure who is managing it. I will try to find it out for you".
