Unable to access a folder

One of the folder which was accessible earlier is not accessible now. The reason we suspect is that the owner who created the folder is no longer on the system now.

Is there anyway we can get access to that folder again ?

Usually when a user leaves the company their content should be transferred over to another user. You may want to check with your organization's Box admin to see if this is the case.

Was sent a link to access a Folder but received an error - "this shared folder is unavailable to you"
