I have been invited to collaborate for several folders however when I press "Accept Invite" the collaborator gets no indication that I accepted the invitation and the folders do not appear anywhere in my box. I have searched everywhere and checked my settings based on other users and according to everything these folders should be showing up but they aren't

Once again, can you accept the invitation?
- This time, please log in to your Box account first.
- Head over to the email notification and accept the invite.
Also, you may check all your pending invite(s) and see if the folder you're suppose to accept is being shown. If not, you may want to check if this is the correct email account (linked to your Box account) where the invitation was sent.
