Just finished setting up SSO and not I get this error every time I try to sign in using the SSO Test mode.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, is this the normal support channel? No chat/phone number?

Hi there, I just created an account and I’ve had to reset my password twice because I have been unsuccessful in verifying my email address with box. I spent a lot of time on this and I need assistance.
