two step verification and login

When I try to sign in with me email and password, I am asked to do 2 step verification. On every device, it doesn't work. I couldn't receive the code, and I have tried several times, and nothing happens. Even cannot login now.I am the only one with access to my devices, and want 2 step turned off. I can't do that if i can't get through it the first time.
