The folders I am trying to access require me to have 2FA enabled and I've always been able to access them in the past. Suddenly, I am unable to access them even though I have 2FA enabled on my account (I receive text codes to my cell phone). Any one have these issues?? Even if I try to switch the 2FA method, it does not generate a QR code for me to use with an authenticator app.

I've just re-installed Windows and had trouble with what I understand is the new log in. Three times it rejected the numbers sent by SMS, but they were sent within a couple of seconds and were definitely typed in correctly. Then it asked if I wanted to go back to the old method. I said yes, and it appeared to be exactly the same UI, but this time it accepted the 6-digit number freshly sent by SMS.
Also to get on this forum needed the same procedure, and it worked here. So there's something wrong with the new login.
I'm OK now, but wanted to raise this for your information.
Hello! Did you ever solve this issue? I'm also trying to setup two-factor via an authentication app. However my problem is the same: the QR code just never shows up.
