Hi - I switched my 2FA to my cell number, but one of my business partners needs a different 2FA.  I'm trying to switch back, but am getting an error message stating that I am already set up.  When I enter the code, the system states that my code is invalid. Please help!

It shows that the Multi-Factor Authentication is not enabled in your Box account. If you're trying to reconfigure your MFA, try the following: 


Please close and re-launch your browser then try again.
