"two Employees are intended to be deleted"

how could it be, that some of  the users  are deleted from the common file after a while?

Is there any possibility for admin to avoid this automatic deletion? and why is it happen again and again?

    Automatic removal of collaborators after a certain number of days can happen if the organization that owns the content have enabled and set Collaboration auto-expiration.

    Our Admin extended the expiration period by 380 days and aditionally alowed folder owners to extend the exp.period on their own.

    Are the collaboraters now able to cowork or will they delete anyway and need to be invited again?
