two box profiles with same email address - missing files

Hi. I desperately need help. I had box on two different computers and with different files, but didn't realize I was using the same email address for both. When I logged into the 2nd computer, I guess it synced on both computers, but it didn't keep all files, it's only showing the old files on the 1st computer and the files from the 2nd computer are gone/missing. How can I recover the files that I am missing? please help
