trying to reset password and never getting email

The manuals for my equipment are stored on Box...in the past I had Box app on iPad that allowed me to download.  Signing on to Box app I have no idea what my old password was, and it is not listed in my keychain.  Asking Box to reset, it indicated an email has been sent to my address....and despite many attempts, no email arrives for the reset.
