About an hour ago, I deleted several files. Then, I purged them from the trash file. How do I go about recovering those files. Who can I contact for help? Is there a phone number? Box chat is off line. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

If you've already purged the items you need to restore in your Box Trash, there is still a 14-day grace period during which Product Support can help recover your content.

Hi, I accidentally deleted certain files from my box folder. And deleted them from the trash folder as well. I need help to recover them. It has just been one week since I deleted them.

Hi France, I am having the same problem that I need to recover some files that are not in the Trash folder (it seems there has been a synchronistaion problem with Box app in my laptop). I have issued a ticket with HIGH priority as I am a Business plus plan user. Can you please help me contacting support from my timezone (MADRID)? there is no telephone number to contact and the support Chat is offline, please. It's urgent to recover those files! Thanks.
