Trying to log into a shared folder keeps kicking me back to my account

I am working with a accountant and am looking to drop documents in his folder.  Have done this for years.  This year when i signed in saw his logo, clicked on it, then Box asked for my information and created an account in my name and I cannot find my accountants account as Box keeps defaulting me back to my account.

I've seen this question before and clearing cache does not work.
