Trying to integrate Genius Fax

I am trying to integrate Genius Fax to my account. When I click add, it opens the App Store by the app is iPhone/iPad only in the App Store. Tried to doing it on my phone where I already have the app installed. nothing happens. It doesnt integrate and there's no way to force it. How do I integrate my genius fax account with my box account because it does not work automatically on a computer with a iOS only app.
