I have a friend that I was allowing to use my Box account, but he has since moved to another service.  I deleted all the files (took me hours via the web App) and now I'm trying to empty the trash, and delete the user. Empty trash via Admin console is taking forever, and doesn't seem to finish.  Please help me reclaim this storage space.
