I'm new to box. I tried to download photographs in bulk and ended up shrinking the display screen and now cannot read anything. I cannot get the screen back to normal. Is there a way to simply "reset" the settings?

Could you clear your browser's cache and cookies then try again? Meanwhile, bulk download is dependent on the max file size upload limit for the Account type in total. See: Understand the Max File Size You Can Upload to Box.
