Troubles using box and ms word
I have an old box account that attached itself to ms word and I cannot get access to files because I cannot sign out of box. When I downloaded ms the app automatically signed me into my old box account. I have deleted the old account but ms still denies access and asks me to sign out...which I can’t do.
This is the worst form of “support” I have ever experienced. Box get your crap together and use live agents.

May I know what MS application are you using? Is it the online version, mobile or desktop?
You may need to clear the cache information on the application you are using to be able to sign in using your preferred account.
I would also recommend reaching out to Microsoft customer support for further assistance on this issue as they own the application and may have a workaround for you.

I was online and tried both iPhone and Mac. I will try clearing the cache. If you have any other tips please let me know!
