When I install the app of Box on my windows 11 and do the steps that I need to sign in on my browser, I do it, but it doesn’t signi in on the app, it continues showing I need to sign in online.
What can I do?

The version of Box I have downloaded is the one you download directly from their website, and my computer's operating system is Windows 11.
I've uninstalled the app a couple of times to see if it worked, but I always get the same problem. I click to log in to the app, and it opens a link in the browser to log in. When I do, the app screen asks me to log in again.
