When I click Word at the top of my screen to open a document, I choose the Word Application as we do not have individual licenses. Word opens up under some other name and I do not have access to use Word. This is causing me to Download the document and do my edits that way (doing so then logs in as ME). I can't save my tracked changes and then have to reupload to Box. It's all a huge pain that came out of nowhere.
