All of a sudden I can not open PDF files in the Box web interface. the PDF open feature is greyed out and I get the message "Box edit cannot detect a program to open files of type PDF" even though I have Adobe Acrobat DC Pro loaded. I went to account settings - integrations- file type PDF - and adobe is greyed out here. I can download the file, work on it and upload again but this is very time consuming. Appreciate any support with this issue!

Hello! I am having difficulty accessing anything linked to Pinyon. I have logged in to Box successfully but anytime there is a link that needs to go through Pinyon, I am met with the error "invalid credentials." Please advise.
I had a similar issue with opening PDF files on my PC. Often, the problem lies within your software, though it could also be related to how documents are stored on Pinyon or accessed. In my case, the online editor https://pdfguru.com/dwg-to-pdf has often been helpful, as it allows you to convert DWG to PDF and various other formats. It has many useful features, including editing capabilities. It might come in handy for you too.
