Trouble opening files on Box
This problem has arisen recently. Sometimes large files take several minutes to open but at other times they don't open at all. My internet speed is not the issue - I have checked it. Can you help, please?

- Does it show any error message? If so, please provide a screenshot.
- How big is the size of the files?
- Does it only happen on a specific file type or all of the file type?
