Hello,
I’m trying to give an employer access to Box, so she can safely upload her documents to it, but she’s unable to log in. The site said her log in credentials are incorrect, but when she attempted to reset her password, she never received a reset link. She also tried using a different email and encountered the same issue. Is there a way to give her log in credentials?
