Hello, I am not able to download PDF files. I see the option to download, either the direct download button or the dropdown selection beside it, but nothing happens when I click either button. I have seen the default response to this question and have done everything suggested with no change. I've tried multiple browsers, I've cleared my browser cache, disabled plugins and security, run the diagnostic tool. Still get nothing when trying to download PDF. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You don't seem to have any files/folders in your Box account, not even shared files/folders. Are you only accessing these files through shared link?
If yes, you may want to confirm with the owner/sender if their contents are watermarked.
