Last week a user requested we utilize firstname@domain.com for their box account, which was created as firstnameX@domain.com
I found firstname@domain.com had been created as a personal account, we signed in and requested account deletion.
When I sign in as the user and try to link firstname@domain.com in editing account Profile, I get the same error I encountered last week, indicating that email is still associated with a different box account.
