Hello, I’m having trouble accessing my account so I’m posting from an alternate account but every time I try to log in, it takes me to an SSO page that’s not associated with my account and then doesn’t let me in and says my credentials are incorrect even though they are. Can someone please help me look into this?

Welcome to Box Community, and we are here to investigate what’s prompting you to SSO page while logging in to Box.
It looks like you are logging in using company's custom Box URL (like yourcompany.box.com). Does your Box account belongs to a paid Box account that has SSO enabled?
If not, and you are logging in with an individual account -- please use the Box URL: account.box.com.

Hi Rona, I am using the account.box.com URL and it still automatically takes me an SSO page where I input the correct credentials but am still unable to get into my account once I am out of the SSO page. Is there a way to disable the SSO associated with my Box account?
