We are trying to trigger an event when a folder is created. We are focusing on doing this through power automate, but can be other.
Basically, if a folder is created by a user, we review the naming convention and interrogate the folder name if it matches a customer in our database, then of course do some other things (not important at this time).
Is there a way to perform this task or better way to sync what we have in the customer databases with folders stored in box (much deeper discussion).
