Can you please confirm how can I request the ownership transfer of a box folder that is inaccessible because the current owner already left the company and did not transfer it to another team member? Thanks.

Transferring the foder ownership can only be inititated by the current folder owner. Meanwhile, if the folder owner is no longer active and part of your Organization you can reach out to your primary Admin to delete the managed user and transfer his or her contents.

Hi, our organization has the same issue. The owner that had left the company is the Primary Admin as well. How do we get around this issue?
