I am leaving my company and I am trying to swap my Admin privileges to a colleague BUT when I try to verify the email I receive it says I do not have permission to do this. Any ideas?

To transfer the Admin privileges to another user, please make sure to check the following for the successful takeover.
- The user taking over the Admin privileges should be an existing user in your Box instance. If not, please add the user first and here's how.
- Is the user's email domain verified in your Box instance? If not, please ensure that he/she's using your verified domain. Meanwhile if you need to verify your domain please follow the outlined steps here.
- Lastly, transfer the Admin privileges to another user.
