Our box environment allows addition of external users to our folders.
We have seen a case where users create free box accounts to use third-party unapproved integrations add their free email account to box folders to perform upload download.
Since these free accounts are not managed we cannot run reports to track the unauthorized usage.
What is the best way to find out if a non managed user is using a non approved tool to upload or download content?
Any suggestions around this are welcome, in case anyone has setup anything in their environment to track such cases,
