I have been sending Box Invitations to a shared External group of people.  A few questions:

1 - how long does an invitation stay pending before it goes away?

2 - Is there a way to see who / when I sent invitations that weren’t accepted? 

I forgot to update a spreadsheet and am backtracking!   Thank you!

Welcome to Box Community! We’re pleased to answer your invitation inquiries. 

 

To answer your questions, 

  1. Collaboration Invitations expire after 30 days if they are not accepted.
  2. You can run the User Activity Report to track your invitations. 

 

To run the report: 

  • Login to Box.com and navigate to Admin Console> Reports> Create report. 
  • Select ‘User Activity’ and set the date range for this report. 
  • In Action Types, choose Collaboration and use the filters, invited collaborator and rejected invite. 
  • Lastly, click run to generate a csv copy of this report.
